Support for those at the end of their journey and their families. Providing a calm presence and any guidance during this sacred time.
As an End of Life Doula I will work with you and your family in a caring, respectful, non-judgmental and encouraging way. I will strive to make sure that my clients wishes are heard, understood and respected. I will also provide support, knowledge and resources to caregivers supporting the client.
As an End of Life Doula I am not qualified to prescribe treatment, perform medical tasks, distribute medication or diagnose a client.
As a Doula I am available to advocate but never to make decisions or project my own beliefs on another person.
If the scope of the work becomes more than I can handle with my training I will make referrals to the appropriate resouces.
